Shopify Store Data
- We only access Shopify store data required to provide inventory planning, sales velocity calculations, reorder recommendations, and supply chain risk analysis.
- We may access product, inventory, order, and limited customer-related order data only when required by Shopify APIs to calculate sales velocity.
- We do not sell merchant data.
- We do not use customer data for advertising.
- We do not share store data with third parties except service providers required to operate the app.
- Merchants may request data deletion by contacting support.
Chrome Extension Data
- Settings, supplier notes, locally entered inventory records, supplier reliability metrics, and usage counters are stored in chrome.storage.local.
- Free features do not require a Shopify account. Pro subscribers may paste a signed, time-limited connection code generated by the China Supply Radar Shopify App.
- The connection code is sent only to app.chinasupplyradar.com to verify subscription status. Shopify access tokens and payment credentials are never stored in the extension.
- We collect a randomly generated visitor identifier and limited product-usage events, including installation, activation, paywall views, upgrade clicks, and checkout starts.
- Supported sourcing-page content is processed locally to provide supplier tools and is not sent to China Supply Radar servers.
Data Use
Store data is used to calculate inventory health, sales velocity, reorder recommendations, upcoming stockout risk, and China holiday impact.
Data Deletion
Merchants may request data deletion by contacting support at support@chinasupplyradar.com.
Service Providers
We use infrastructure and analytics service providers only as needed to operate subscription verification, application hosting, reliability monitoring, and limited product analytics. We do not sell data or use it for third-party advertising.
Retention and Control
Local extension data remains in the browser until the user removes it or uninstalls the extension. Connection codes expire after 30 days and can be disconnected at any time. Users may request deletion of server-side data by contacting support.
